Fantasy Impact:
The 33-year-old veteran began to have an issue with his shoulder during winter workouts. Odorizzi was expected to be in the bullpen or a spot starter, roles currently filled by Dane Dunning and Cole Ragans according to Rangers’ manager Chris Young. The Rangers traded for Odorizzi in November 2022 and he is set to be a free agent after this season.
