Fantasy Impact:
Tsutsugo signed a minors deal with the Rangers this winter and hit .240 with a homer and a .696 OPS across 25 at-bats in Cactus League action. Tsutsugo struggled mightily with the Pirates last season, hitting just .171 with two homers and a dismal .478 OPS across 193 trips to the plate. His MLB career appears to be on life support at this point.
