The Kansas City Royals have optioned pitcher Jonathan Heasley to Triple-A following a rough spring. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Heasley has been torched in Cactus League action as he's allowed 18 runs in just 9 1/3 innings including nine runs in just 2 2/3 innings in his Friday start. Heasley worked to a 5.28 ERA and a tiny 4.9% K-BB% across 21 starts with the Royals last season and will continue to build up as a starter in case the Royals need starting pitching or long relief depth early in the season.
