Cincinnati Reds pitcher Justin Dunn has been shut down from throwing for a couple of months due to right shoulder pain. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Dunn will avoid surgery but use the time off to simply rest and let his shoulder heal. The right-hander owns a decent 4.44 ERA for his career across 32 starts, but his 6.23 FIP and minuscule 2.9% K-BB% suggest he's been extremely lucky to this point. Nonetheless, the 27-year-old likely won't be ready until around the All-Star break barring any setbacks in his recovery.
