Fantasy Impact:
Garcia signed with the Pirates this winter following a fantastic three-year run with the San Francisco Giants. The southpaw turned in a 2.84 ERA across 135 appearances in that time while he's pitched to a 3.02 ERA or better in three of the last four seasons. A model of health over his career, it's certainly rare to see him leave an outing even if it's a precautionary measure.
