Fulmer spent the first five seasons of his big-league career with the Tigers before splitting last season between Detroit and the Minnesota Twins. The 29-year-old tossed a 3.39 ERA and 22.1% K% across 67 appearances last season and has locked down 17 saves over the last two seasons in a shutdown back-end role.
