Zac Veen invited to big league camp

The Colorado Rockies have invited outfield prospect Zac Veen to MLB spring training. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Veen, 21, was the ninth overall pick of the 2020 MLB draft and was named the Arizona Fall League Offensive Player of the Year in 2022. After a quality showing at High-A, Veen reached the Double-A level in 2022 where he hit just .177 with one homer, five steals, and a .496 OPS across 34 games. The plan is to start MLB Pipeline's 27th-ranked prospect back at the Double-A level in 2023.
