Alex Colome signs minor-league pact with Nationals

Fantasy Impact:
To little surprise, Colome also received an invite to MLB camp. Colome spent the 2022 season with the Rockies but stumbled to a 5.74 ERA and 14.9% K% across 53 appearances and 47 innings of work. After dominating to the tune of a 0.81 ERA/2.97 FIP with 12 saves in the shortened 2020 season with the White Sox, Colome has fallen below his standard in each of the last two seasons. The 34-year-old should be able to lock down a featured role in a suspect Nationals bullpen out of camp.
