Ryan Lavarnway homers in his first plate appearance

Filling in for A.J. Pierzinski, Ryan Lavarnway picked up right where Pierzinski left off. In his first plate appearance of the day, the Braves catcher hit a solo home run that tied the game at 2. The Braves went on to lose the game in the bottom of the 9th with a walk off single.
Fantasy Impact:
Ryan Lavernway was a cheap option to get Coors exposure. If Pierzinski gets another day of rest tomorrow then Lavernway will be a great punt play for your line up.
