Rich Hill signs one-year deal with Pirates

Rich Hill has agreed to a one-year, $8 million deal with the Pittsburgh Pirates. (Jeff Passan on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Hill will be 43 on Opening Day, but that won't stop him from continuing to pitch at the MLB level. Last season with Boston, Hill pitched to a 4.27 ERA across 124.1 innings.
