Fantasy Impact:
Downs was on the rise as one of the better prospects in the Minors before 2020. But between 2021 and 2022, Downs has been one of the worst hitters in Triple-A. Downs did make his MLB debut with Boston last season, collecting just six hits in 41 plate appearances.
