Jonathan Heasley serves up six runs in loss Wednesday

Jonathan Heasley pitched five innings, allowing six runs on nine hits and two walks while striking out four in Kansas City’s 9-2 loss to the Guardians on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Heasley, like most Royals starters this season, pitched better than his record and numbers would indicate. The offense just didn’t have the lead firepower to overcome a lot of deficits and when they did it was long after the starters had exited. Heasley spent time up and down between Kansas City and Triple-A Omaha and his status for next season is up in the air with a new coaching staff coming in. Heasley finishes the regular season 4-10 with a 5.28 ERA, 1.49 WHIP, and 70 strikeouts in 104 innings across 21 starts.
