Javy Guerra allowed two intentional walks, a sacrifice bunt, and a walk-off single during the 10th inning of Wednesday's game against the Guardians. He was charged with the loss as Tampa Bay ultimately fell to Cleveland by a score of 2-1 in extra innings.
