Michael Pineda reinstated from 15-day IL

Micheal Pineda has been reinstated from the 15-day IL after suffering a tricep injury in late June. (Detroit Tigers PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pineda has a 5.27 ERA in 42.2 MLB innings this year and is slated to make his first MLB start in over a month Saturday against the Royals. In three rehab starts in Triple-A, Pineda has a 4.63 ERA in 11.2 innings pitched.
