Phillips’ time in Tampa Bay ended Monday when the Rays acquired Jose Siri from the Astros. The 28-year-old is slashing .147/.225/.250 with five home runs, 14 RBIs, and seven stolen bases this season. Phillips will likely factor in as the fourth outfielder for the Orioles, barring a trade of Hays, Mullins, or Santander.
