Ross Detwiler activated from the IL on Friday

Ross Detwiler has been reinstated from the 15-day injured list on Friday. (Mark Sheldon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Detwiler has been on the shelf since July 9 (retroactive to July 8) with a lower back strain but is now ready to rejoin the team. He'll most likely return to a middle-reliever role with the Reds where he produced a 4.20 ERA and 1.60 WHIP with 16 strikeouts over 15 innings this season.
