Phillip Diehl was traded to the New York Mets Thursday. He currently is not on the 40-man roster. (Robert Murray on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Diehl pitched in five games for the Reds before being designated for assignment on May 9th. He posted a 11.12 ERA and a .320 OBA in 5 2/3 innings pitched. In 25 games in Triple-A this season Diehl has a 4.24 ERA and a .209 OBA. Expect the Mets to have Diehl report to Triple-A, meaning he should be left on waivers for now.
