Trevor Rosenthal signs one-year deal with Giants

Fantasy Impact:
Rosenthal can make an additional $2 million in incentives, but he'll begin the year on the 15-day IL with a left hamstring strain. He's still reportedly weeks away from returning, but he has looked good in bullpen sessions and can run pain-free. He's unlikely to make a fantasy impact this year so those in redraft leagues can ignore him.
