Lance McCullers Jr. to make first rehab start Friday

Fantasy Impact:
McCullers Jr. is able to spend up to 30 days on a rehab assignment which means he should return to the Astros sometime in mid-August. The 28-year-old has not pitched in 2022, but put together a stellar 2021 stat line. In 28 starts (13-5) McCullers had a 3.16 ERA, .205 OBA, and a 10.26 K/9 ratio. Assuming he has no setbacks during his rehab assignment, he will be a solid option as we head to the fantasy playoffs.
