Frank Schwindel was activated (lower back strain) from the 10-day IL Thursday. (Chicago Cubs on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Schwindel was slashing .237/.282/.386 with eight home runs, and 33 RBIs in 62 games prior to landing on the IL. He is not in Thursday’s starting lineup but should see playing time at first base or DH soon.
