The Rays have selected the contract of righty Oganda and have added him to the 40-man roster from the taxi squad. The team already had vacancies on the roster since Brooks Raley and Ryan Thompson were placed on the restricted list since they are unvaccinated. In a corresponding move, the Rays optioned Ralph Garza to Triple-A Durham.
