Mookie Betts expected to return prior to All-Star break

Manager Dave Roberts stated that he is optimistic that Mookie Betts will be able to return to the lineup prior to the All-Star break. It looks like it will be as a DH at first, as Mookie is still more bothered by throwing but is able to swing without any issues. (Jack Harris on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Betts was placed on the 10-day IL on June 19th with a right rib fracture. It was reported that he was beginning to resume baseball activities Wednesday which is a positive step in the right direction. Prior to landing on the IL, Betts was hitting .273 with 17 home runs, 40 RBIs, and six stolen bases. When he returns, he immediately is a locked in starter for fantasy managers.
