Andrew Heaney still not throwing

Los Angeles LHP Andrew Heaney has yet to resume throwing after being placed on the IL last Friday, per Juan Toribio and Manny Randhawa of MLB.com. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Dave Roberts expressed hope of Heaney only missing two turns through the rotation. However, Heaney has already spent two months on the shelf this season with shoulder issues. Fantasy managers should mitigate their expectations if they are planning on using Heaney for the dog days of summer. He's been effective when on the mound, but that's occurred just three times this year.
