Fantasy Impact:
Lagares was slashing just .183/.210/.250 on the year and his playing time had been sporadic. He's a defense-only option for MLB clubs, but he'll likely get picked back up somewhere as a late-inning replacement. He has no relevance for fantasy purposes, however, so the move is really just window dressing for the Angels.
