Nate Pearson had to leave his start at AAA early after just two pitches. The nature of the injury is unknown. (Keegan Matheson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pearson sailed a fastball high and was then removed from the game. This was meant to be Pearson's final rehab game, so the bad luck continues for the former top prospect. More information about his removal should be available soon, but it's a concerning development for anybody hoping for a return to the big leagues soon.
