Manny Banuelos pitched three innings, allowing one run on three hits and no walks while striking out four to pick up the save in New York’s 18-4 victory over the Cubs on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Banuelos notched a rare 9-out save in a game where the winning team scored five runs in the 1st inning. Banuelos’ save was his first of 2022 and even with New York on a historic pace, stats for relievers outside of Aroldis Chapman and Clay Hughes are hard to come by consistently.
