Elvin Rodriguez was rocked for eight runs on eight hits in a 10-1 loss to the Blue Jays on Friday. Rodriguez struck out two and walked two while taking his second loss of the year.
Fantasy Impact:
Rodriguez wasn't fooling anyone as he gave up three homers and got just five swinging strikes in the start. The loss drops Rodriguez's record to 0-2, to go along with an 11.51 ERA and 1.82 WHIP. It would be best to avoid him in fantasy for his next start, which is scheduled for Wednesday against the White Sox.
