Fantasy Impact:
Matz has played catch since his injury on May 22nd, but it sounds like he is not as far along in his recovery process as originally planned. He will need to throw off a mound and go through a few rehab starts before being ready for action, so it still could be a bit before Matz is able to rejoin the Cardinals.
