The Cardinals have placed OF Corey Dickerson on the 10-day IL as reported by the St. Louis Dispatch's Derrick Goold. (Derrick Goold, STLtoday.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Corey Dickerson suffered a tear in his left calf muscle during Saturday's double header. No time table has been given for his return at this point. Based off the nature of the injury, fantasy managers should be prepared to be without Dickerson for more than the minimum 10 days. St. Louis have promoted RHP Jake Walsh in a corresponding move.
