Reds starter Reiver Sanmartin was tagged for a whopping nine runs over three innings of work against the Padres on Tuesday. He was responsible for eight hits, one walk, and two strikeouts in the process. He earned the loss as Cincinnati ultimately fell to San Diego by a score of 9-6.
