Alex Colome picks up second save of the season on Saturday over Tigers
by Josh Thiessen | Sat, Apr 23rd 10:24pm EDT
Colorado Rockies RP Alex Colome pitched one inning of relief on Saturday, striking out one, walking one, and allowing two hits for two earned runs in the Rockies 3-2 win over the Tigers.
Fantasy Impact:
Colome picked up the save on Saturday in the second game of the back-to-back but it was close to being a blown save as he entered the game with a three run lead and came out with a one run win. The relieving pitcher's ERA rose to 6.35 due to the near blow save and it may be best to approach him with caution after this brutal performance for what was only his second save of the season.
