MacKenzie Gore to make MLB debut Friday

Padres manager Bob Melvin announced that SP MacKenzie Gore will be called up to make his MLB debut on Friday against the Braves. (AJ Cassavell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The top pitching prospect will make his long-awaited debut. He will be filling in for Blake Snell in the rotation, who was placed on the 10-day IL. He'll likely be on a pitch count in his first start, but the former #3 overall pick is an exciting prospect for fantasy managers.
