Rays SP Tommy Romero has been called up by the Tampa Bay as reported by ESPN’s Jeff Passan (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is not known yet how long this call up will be for but Romero is a big part of Tampa Bay’s future plans. If this call up doesn’t stick, it is only a matter of time before he’s up for good. Romero is 37-11 with a 2.50 ERA, a 1.08 WHIP and 434 strikeouts across 410.2 IP in 86 career minor league appearances.
