Roansy Contreras called up from AAA

The Pirates called Contreras up to the big club as Duane Underwood Jr. left Thursday with right hamstring discomfort. (Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Contreras was slated to start Saturday for the Indianapolis Indians, Pittsburgh's AAA affiliate. Instead, the Pirates' #5 prospect will take Underwood Jr's spot in the rotation. Contreras made his MLB debut late last year, firing three scoreless innings, striking out four.
