Fantasy Impact:
The 30-year-old pitcher has had an uneven career and has struggled over the previous two seasons. St. Louis used him as both a starter and a closer, but he just never seemed to find a solid role. He will be an interesting one to watch with San Francisco's extremely pitcher-friendly park and a recent history of refining talent in veteran pitchers.
