Kwang-Hyun Kim close to KBO return

Kim appears close to a KBO return as the SSG Landers have officially requested a status check. This is a normal process when a KBO signs a player from MLB. (Daniel Kim on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kim made 21 starts and six relief appearances for the Cardinals last year, posting a 3.46 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP in 106.2 innings. Kim is currently a free agent but appears to be heading back to the KBO. He previously played in the KBO from 2007 through 2019. He should be off your draft boards with this news.
