Eric Pardinho throwing on mound again

Fantasy Impact:
Pardinho was an exciting Brazilian prospect who signed with the Blue Jays in 2017. He has a career 2.48 ERA and a 1.10 WHIP in 90 career MILB innings. Unfortunately, he has only thrown three innings since 2019 due to Tommy John and other complications from the surgery. Pardinho is back on the mound and ready to build up his arm strength. He could be a great buy-low target in dynasty leagues.
