David DeJesus strikes again in Rays victory
by Mike Werner | Fri, May 22nd 2:22am EDT
Rays outfielder David DeJesus was a catalyst once again on Thursday night, leading the Rays to a 3-0 victory over visiting Oakland. DeJesus went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, and two RBI in what turned out to be another solid effort for the veteran outfielder.
Fantasy Impact:
The fountain of youth just keeps running for this guy, and to think the Rays we're possibly going to cut him loose before the season started? The homer was his fourth of the season, while he's also hitting .324/.367/.470 in 102 at-bats. He has 13 runs scored, 18 RBI, and a stolen base in what should continue to be a solid season. Continue to use him in AL-Only leagues until further notice.
