Reiver Sanmartin (2-0) picked up the win in game 162 Sunday against Pittsburgh. He allowed one run on seven hits across six innings. He walked one and struck out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Sanmartin impressed in his two starts at the end of the 2021 season, accumulating a 1.54 ERA and 1.20 WHIP across 11.2 innings with 11 strikeouts. He may be in the mix for the Reds' starting rotation in 2022.
