J.A. Happ fired four scoreless innings in the first game of the Cardinals doubleheader on Friday, allowing just two hits to go along with four walks while striking out six in a no-decision as the Cardinals extended their winning streak with a win over the Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
Happ threw 74 pitches and was able to escape a bases-loaded jam in the fourth inning before being lifted for a pinch-hitter the following inning. He owns a 3.97 ERA and 1.26 WHIP in his tenure with St. Louis heading into his final regular season start next week against the Brewers.
