Cleveland catcher Wilson Ramos will miss the remainder of the 2021 campaign after tearing his ACL and spraining his MCL in Sunday's game against the Red Sox. (Mandy Bell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After J.D. Martinez hit a slow roller in front of the plate, Ramos fielded the ball, and collapsed on the ground after making a throw to first base. As it turns out, Ramos tore his ACL for the third time in his career, as well as sprained his MCL in the process. Ramos will end 2021 hitting .205 with eight homers and 20 RBIs.
