Wade LeBlanc falls one out shy of quality start on Friday
by Lucas Spence | Sat, Jul 31st 4:50pm EDT
Wade LeBlanc pitched 5 2/3 innings while allowing just six hits, an earned run, and two walks to go with three strikeouts in a no-decision against the Twins on Friday night.
Fantasy Impact:
An RBI single from Andrelton Simmons was the only damage against the southpaw, who now sports a 3.15 ERA since joining the Cardinals in June. However, his 1.49 WHIP is much more indicative of how he's pitched for St. Louis. He's not a recommend option for fantasy leagues heading into a matchup against the Braves next week.
