Kenley Jansen blows third save in a row on Thursday

RHP Kenley Jansen blew his third save in a row and took the loss on Thursday when he allowed four runs on four hits with two walks and two strikeouts over 2/3 of an inning as the Dodgers lost to the Giants 5-3.
Fantasy Impact:
After blowing his previous two save opportunities, Jansen had a chance to redeem himself on Thursday when he was tasked with protecting a 3-1 lead in the ninth inning. He struck out two of the first three batters he faced with Wilmer Flores singling in between. He then allowed a double to Donovan Solano before allowing the next four batters to reach. He was eventually replaced by Phil Bickford who was finally able to get the third out of the inning. The damage was done, however, and the Dodgers dropped another game to the Giants. The rough stretch has raised Jansen's ERA to 3.05 to go along with a 1.30 WHIP, and 44:26 K/B ratio. Manager Dave Roberts will likely give him some time off and let him work some lower-leverage situations in the interim. The Dodgers, who have suffered a ton of injuries and are locked in a tight divisional race, can ill afford to continue losing games this like. Fantasy managers should prioritize Blake Treinen right now. It would also not be surprising to see the Dodgers bring in another bullpen arm to help shore things up.
