Playing in his first MLB game since 2019, Rangers catcher John Hicks went 2-for-4 with a single and solo homer against the Athletics on Thursday. He scored twice and struck out once in the process. Texas ultimately defeated Oakland by a score of 8-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Hicks owns a .236/.281/.395 slash line with 29 homers through 255 career games. He was hitting .275 with three dingers in Triple-A this year.
