Abraham Almonte went 1-for-3 with an RBI double and two runs scored in Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Almonte is getting an extended run playing left field for the Braves and is making the most of the opportunity. He's slashing .265/.444/.471 thus far and the OBP stands out. He has a keen eye at the plate and can draw walks as well as hit singles and doubles. The thing is, he doesn't steal bases so he's dependent on others to get him around to score. So, if OBP gets points in fantasyland, he might be useful in NL-only formats.
