Derek Hill is headed to the 10-day injured list nursing a right shoulder sprain. (Tigers PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hill left Wednesday's matchup early with the injury after colliding with the outfield wall. The 25-year-old had only played in seven games before getting injured. He was 3-for-12 before his injury.
