Rex Brothers finished off a wild ninth inning where the Pirates closed the gap to one run with the bases loaded Friday. He only recorded a single out but it was the final one to earn his first save of the season. Brothers was not credited with any runs.
Fantasy Impact:
Brothers is a good pitcher that has value to the Cubs. However, he is unlikely to earn many saves as long as Kimbrel is healthy and pitching the way he has.
