Roenis Elias seeking multiple opinions for elbow issue

Seattle Mariners reliever Roenis Elias, who is dealing with a forearm/elbow issue, is checking with multiple doctors to see what is ailing him, according to manager Scott Servais. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)

Servais told reporters on Sunday that it's "serious." Well, that doesn't sound very promising. Elias recorded one out on Thursday vs. the Dodgers before calling the trainers over and removing himself from the game. He's trying to earn a spot in the M's bullpen during camp but that's in serious doubt now with this elbow. The team will provide an update as soon as Elias founds out what the issue is.
