Morrow needs to build up arm strength and the Dodgers plan is to withhold the veteran RHP from pitching in spring games. He hasn’t pitched in a contest since 2018 after dealing with elbow issues the last two seasons. Morrow is a non-roster invitee and will be used as a high-leverage reliever if he makes the big-league roster. The 36-year-old owns a career 1.47 ERA and 1.08 WHIP across 859 innings.
