Brad Brach invited to Royals' camp

The Royals have signed veteran reliever Brad Brach to a minor league deal and invited him to Spring Training. (Kansas City Royals on Twitter)

Brach, 34, joins the Royals on a minors pact after spending parts of the last 10 seasons in the majors. The former All-Star has made 496 appearances, amassing a 3.39 ERA over 522.2 innings. Most recently, he pitched for the Mets, allowing eight runs over 12.1 innings in 2020. The Royals have had a very strong offseason and continue that trend by adding bullpen depth. They could be a sneaky good team this year.
